in this Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-hour training students can expect to absorb the knowledge of how to safely & smartly sequence, lead & express themselves through teaching a yoga class.
the curriculum also includes, but is not limited to...
- the history of Yoga
- a comprehensive guide to basic postures into advanced variations (how to practice them & how to teach them)
- ancient breath-work techniques
- meditation tips, tools & resources (for self practice & how to hold space for others to meditate)
- anatomy of a yogi 101 & a complete musculoskeletal atlas
- chakras, chants, & savasana readings
- a Sanskrit glossary for incorporating the language of yoga into your offerings
spend your weekends with intention
our training begins Saturday January 25th, 2025 and will be held Saturdays & Sundays until completion / graduation in May.
in order to give the trainees the time & attention they deserve, spaces in this training are limited.
the opportunities are endless
upon completion of this 200-hour training, graduates will be eligible for Yoga Alliance certification at the RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200 level. they will feel confident in leading a yoga class, a meditation session, breath-work exercise & have knowledge to be an excellent resource to any student that crosses their path.
ALSO, by becoming a daisyface flow YTT graduate, you'll be considered for our sub program for both studio classes (The daisyface Space in Milton) & beach yoga sessions (Pleasure Bay, South Boston). there is no better way to fine tune the craft of teaching than to teach! i'm committed to helping each & every one of you advance along the career path of your choosing.*
*please note: you do not need to become a yoga teacher after this training. these 200 hours of dedicated, intentional study, can also be used as a vehicle to deepen your own practice, give yourself time & space for self study, & so much more.
