Wednesday's are a mid-week wind down meant to create space & length in the body while acting as an hour to destress physically, mentally, & emotionally.
Saturday's we turn up the heat for an All-Levels Power Flow! This faster pace, Vinyasa-style class will be just the challenge you're looking for while building strength & stretching out any tension you've brought to your mat!

In our third season of this epic outdoor offering, you can find us at Pleasure Bay Beach in South Boston.
We meet right by the gazeebo / american flag pole / WWII memorial -- using GPS, type in "Pleasure Bay Parking" and it'll bring you right to us!
I arrive 20 minutes before class time and will be right by the "No Lifeguard on Duty" sign. Look for my teal crate, chalkboard sign, hand sanitizer & Lysol wipes!
Parking is available first-come, first serve in the Pleasure Bay Parking Lot!
