Since the summer of '17, I've had the incredible opportunity to apply & be selected to be a part of an extraordinary team of volunteers at Camp Erin Boston. I'm SO thrilled to report, I'll be returning this August as their Yoga Teacher & Cabin Buddy!
Camp Erin® Boston is a FREE weekend overnight camp for children and teens ages 6 through 17 who have experienced the death of someone close to them in their lifetime.
This three day, two night experience is filled with traditional and fun camp activities combined with grief education and emotional support facilitated by grief professionals and trained volunteers. The Moyer Foundation has partnered with CareGroup Parmenter as the Boston area Camp Erin provider.
As a child who lost a parent very young, I have such compassion for what these kids are going through & hope by my participation in such an amazing weekend, we can keep Camp Erin going on for countless summers to come!
If you, a family member, or friends/colleagues have children from ages 6 to 17 that could benefit from an experience like Camp Erin Boston, please visit the link below to apply as a camper.

As a member of Team South Boston Yoga, I love to share about my incredible experience with Yoga Reaches Out! This yoga-thon brings together 1,000+ yogis statewide to spend a Sunday rooted in community, connection, asana, pranayama, mediation, music, fun, joy, and laughter.
With support from all of our separate communities, we join forces to create an indescribable energy that raises funds for Boston Children's Hospital. I am not a parent (yet!), but cannot begin to imagine the feelings of having a child in the hospital.
These donations go directly to supporting not only the patients in need, but their families, who too experience and entirely different level of emotions during this time. Things like a yoga/mediation space have been added to BCH through funds raised during Yoga Reaches Out. I am so honored to continue to help support this cause in anyway that I can.

Join us on Saturday, April 11th for a FREE Open House inviting people of all ages and families to come explore, learn, and try many different ways to manage grief and loss.
