200 HR E-RYT/Yoga Alliance registered teacher in Boston, MA, US. I have 1.5 years of experience guiding vinyasa-flow, restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I've become passionate about volunteering abroad in communities and teaching yoga in beautiful spaces. I'm always open to expansion and learning more through teaching! My training has a focus on vinyasa-flow, alignment in flowing, leading meditation, and leading breath work.
