Join Morgan of daisyface flow, for a weekend of transition from Summer to Fall reconnecting with nature on Stratton Mountain in Vermont!
The seasonal shift is an important time to slow down, check in with yourself, and see what we can release as we move into the Fall season.
Just in time for leaf-peeping, we will spend 2 nights & 3 days at the highly accredited Yoga BnB one block from the mountain! Yoga BnB is a comfortably appointed 4,000 sq. ft. ski chalet walking distance from ski lifts & Gondola, 5 restaurants, a spa & seasonal entertainment.
There are four cheerful sleeping rooms which can accommodate all styles of traveler from dormitory to a king-bed with a sleep-in atmosphere. Their IN-HOUSE yoga studio has gleaming bamboo floors & 7 aerial silks for our guests to do gentle inversions.
Participants plan to enjoy a weekend of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, nourishing vegetarian meals and a 1-hour massage in the home during the afternoon on Saturday!
Breakfast - fresh fruit, homemade granola, loaded with freshly toasted nuts, bakery bread, toast and jams and cheeses. Steel cut oats, eggs, coffee, teas, hot cocoa
Lunch - homemade soup or bisque, fresh garden salad with a theme, sparkling water with lemon and ginger
Dinner - grilled fish, chimmi churri, roasted rosemary potatoes, grilled asparagus, homemade cranberry chutney, bakery bread, vegan styled chocolate mousse.
Green juices available as a mid-morning pick me up or a late afternoon smoothie to keep energy levels high!
